  1. Abandonment wound

    1. Questions:

      • What did you feel when you were left alone?

      • What did you need most from your caregivers that you didn’t receive?

    2. Affirmation: “I’m here for you, and I will not abandon you.”

  2. Guilt wound

    1. Questions:

      • How can you assert your own boundaries in relationships?

      • What needs of yours are you NOT prioritising when you say yes to others?

    2. Affirmations:

      • “It’s okay to say no and prioritise my own needs”

      • “I am not responsible for the way others feel.”

  3. Neglect wound

    1. Questions:

      • What did you feel when you were neglected?

      • What do you find uncomfortable about being alone?

    2. Affirmations:

      • “It’s okay to be vulnerable”

      • “I am worthy no matter what people around me do”

  4. Trust wound

    1. Questions:

      • What do you need to feel safe and comfortable?

      • What situations make you feel like detaching or distancing yourself?

    2. Affirmations:

      • “I trust myself and I rely on my own validation “
